We one walk in interview (Former World security) has announced various positions in the facilities management department. To qualify for the roles candidates must have relevant experience and must be locally available in the UAE. The walk in interview will be on Thursday, 11th January 2024.

Walk Interview Questions for Security Guards
During the walk-in interview at We One, the following questions may be asked to assess the suitability of candidates for the security guard positions:
- What relevant experience do you have as a security guard?
- Do you possess the necessary ASSD license and SIRA CCTV operator license as required for the respective roles?
- Can you demonstrate your English communication skills, particularly at Level 2 proficiency?
- How many years of experience do you have in a security role, and can you provide attested certificates from the UAE Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs?
- Are you physically fit to meet the demands of the position?
- What is your age, and does it fall within the specified range for the role?
- How would you handle a security breach or emergency situation?
- Are you familiar with the security protocols and guidelines commonly practiced in the UAE?
- Can you provide an example of a challenging situation you faced in your previous security role and how you handled it effectively?
- How do you prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while on duty?
