Pre-opening interview | FnB Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-opening activities and ensure that all required tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members
- Oversee the daily operation of various departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge services
- Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and increase occupancy rates
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
