Cullinan Steakhouse Jumeirah is excited to announce a pre-opening at Cullinan Steakhouse at Jumeirah for several positions within our upscale steakhouse located in the heart of Jumeirah. We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to join our team. As a pre-opening team member, you will play a crucial role in setting up the restaurant, fine-tuning operations, and ensuring a seamless opening.
Pre-opening at Cullinan Steakhouse Jumeirah Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the management team to prepare the restaurant for opening day.
- Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Participate in menu development and tastings, providing valuable input and feedback.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Conduct pre-opening staff training sessions to ensure a high level of service and product knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of operational processes, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-end steakhouse or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, including wine pairing and menu creation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
