For fresh and healthy breakfasts to kick off a day in the city, or late night dinners after a long day of exploring the sandy dunes. Charlie has you covered.
The restaurant is from the famous Tom&Serge and common Grounds who are behind some of the city’s most popular cafés and coffee shops. The new face is opened in two locations recently opened Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre (in DIFC) and Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City.
The restaurant is a EATX concept, which if you’re a fan of Tom & Serg, Rise & Dawn Bakehouse, Common Grounds or The Sum Of Us, means it prioritises wholesome food, local and organic farms, and ethical coffee roasters.
On the menu you’ll find wellness smoothies, “soul-fuel” juice, signature wraps, wood-baked sourdough, bowls, salads, and a selection of baked goods from Rise&Dawn Bakehouse.
- The Guild
Eatx formerly @bull&Roo are set to open new joint at DIFC, The Guild. The project was speculated to start in 2021 is now going to be launched This year but the exact date has not been annonced officiallyy.
DIFC has become a hub for new foodie eateries in Dubai now and with the introduction of this giant project which the word says will be the home for 8 homegrown food concepts. The managing director Tom Arnel has a teaser of the project on his Instagram page. Below is the teaser video.

“We are pumped to put Dubai on the map with this massive project,” says Tom. “I honestly think this is going to become the number one dining destination in the city.”

The licensed venue will play host to eight homegrown food brands, offering a globe-trotting selection of cooking styles and cuisines, and a buzzy day-to-night ambience.
Details on the specifics of each kitchen are still be finalised, as Tom and his designers work through the logistics. “We’re very much still in the development stages, with the architects coming out from London this week to get the designs under way,” says Tom. “But what we can say is we’re doing everything in the most world-class way possible.”
If you can’t quite get your head around the size of The Guild, consider the space Tom&Serg currently takes up, and times it by three – yep, it’s going to be that big.
