Nara pre-opening restaurant Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and organization of the restaurant prior to opening
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating knowledge of the menu and making recommendations to customers
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with quality standards and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring the restaurant is always presentable to customers
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order taking and food preparation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance at all times
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for food and beverages, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
