Waiter and Waitress Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and attentive manner
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions or concerns
• Upsell and promote specials and additional menu items
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bartending staff to ensure smooth service

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
