HR Coordinator Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Process and maintain employee records, including updating personal information, employment contracts, and performance reviews
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of training and development programs
- Provide support in employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work atmosphere
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics related to employee engagement, turnover, and performance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
